change UI language to non english

Hello
I'd like to change the UI language of Edius 5.12 to german on my Windows XP english.
There seems to be a solution for the opposite direction by deleting the Localize folder.
Any ideas?

Sorry, in 5.xx ==> I know no way for this...... german on a english OS

in 4.xx gives a workaround over "Region and Languageoptions"
but this is changed in 5.xx to the OS language.

english Edius UI on german or french OS ==> no problem, rename the "Localice" folder
