DVD problem?

Hi folks,

I've just finished a couple of projects, put them out to DVD using Edius Procoder and sent them out. I have had a couple of people contact me saying that their DVD is stopping and starting up elsewhere. Can you please advise me on what I should check on in my system.

What are you authoring them with? Burning with? Media used?

Errrrrr, mmmm, I'm not in my office right now, so I'm not sure as to what "sort" of DVD's they are -Doah!! I just returned from the UK and the DVD are some my dear Mrs. bought when I was away. I'll check when I get back later! Anything else you should know that I can't answer? :) Sorry!!
