i want to use blur effect but at the rate of increasing continuosly..i think it is not available with key-frame.. ?!?!

yes, this is simple by using a dissolve
1. cut clip where blur needs to start
2. add blur filter to clip on right of cut

Anton's solution is one of the few ways to achieve what you want. There is no direct key framing built into the Blur filter.Comment
