Linear pan possible in layout?

Hi everyone, I've just tried to use the layout tool to pan across a photo. My problem is that the movement seems to default with an "ease in and ease out" on the in and out points. I need a linear pan, with no acceleration or deceleration on the starts and stops. Is this possible?

yeap: right click the keyframes and choose linear
