Life is such a constant twirling around. We are looking for. We go back to move forward. We forget that there really is only dust left for us.

Bad Memories
Old timer here. Editing with RexEdit to Edius for 17 years or so. You know the drill amongst our peers...Edius? What's that? Never heard of it. So when I volunteered to help produce a 48 hour film (Boston) I was shocked my team accepted the offer to allow me and Edius to determine our fate. Kind of fun to have 10 very nervous people at crunch hour looking over my shoulder at the speed, ability, performance and stability of our unknown chosen tool.
The difficult parts of the editing were the extreme differences in lighting and color primarily due to the fog machine we used for atmosphere. Tip of the hat to Matt Scott's tutorials. Shot with BM Ursa ProRes Light. Izotope plug-in for sound.
Silly film. Enjoy. https://vimeo.com/220248120Comment

Cabinet Making Video
I just finished building and installing this woodworking project in Center City Philadelphia. The project is made from Sapele hardwood which originates from West Africa. I wanted to give the video a little bit of moody feel with slow pace. This project video footage is some of the best I have ever shot indoors mainly because the room was sun light filled with thin clouds in the sky with sunrays giving the room perfect lighting. Shot over two hours with my jib and tripod and have tons and tons of great leftover footage I'll probably never use. Maybe I'll make a four wall video with the rest.
Thanks!
