Who is handling these books? Some of my clients may be interested.
What format did you export from Edius before uploading to the book?

Thanks for "upping the ante" on this thread.
    I'll be at Re:Frame SF.

There is software that is required and I don't know if the manufacturer was able to secure the rights or it is still a seperate purchase.

We have been working with the books for a month now and have tweaked the process.

They will go on sale for the the first time at the WEVA EXPO Trade show and I will be in their booth. I believe they will come pre-loaded with sample videos that I produced.

If John G. can do it...

Here's the first half of a single-camera SDE I shot and edited this myself on my laptop.
Shot in a dreadful cave, packed with guests. It was so close, I stepped on the bride's train and stopped her cold during the recessional. (she was ok)
There were other cameras for the final video.

Launch of L'OR De Jean Martell

Hi, we shot and edited an event video for Pernod Ricard (world's co leader in wines & spirits)

Launch of L'OR De Jean Martell

It was interesting shooting this event but the venue was dim so we had to rely on our mobile video lights. Editing this video was fun as usual since we're using Edius. Motion graphics was completed in After Effects and imported in.

Pernod Ricard presents the L'OR De Jean Martell, an exceptional cognac crafted with 300 years of expertise, at Hilton KL, in a grandiose setting of golden hues accentuated with delectable cuisines. The exquisite L'OR is translated from french as 'gold' and costs upwards of US$ 3,600 a bottle.

Edited on Edius...I have 2 systems, one for my trusty Storm card and one for 1080i. This was shot on DV and edited and posted all within a day of the shoot.

Night Photo Time Lapse With EDIUS

                            Hello folks.
Well taking abit of a break from underwater video for now but have been tinkering with night timelapse stills.

Anyhow here is what I do.
Convert the Raws to Jpegs with a free program like Fast Stone Image Viewer.
Open up a 1920/1080 25p timeline or whatever.
Import all the jpegs into the bin them dump them onto the timeline.
Render out a Canopus HQ file.
Put that back onto the timeline and set the video layout tool to fit width.
You can also use the video layout to to key frame your pans etc.
Get rid of the jpegs that are on the timeline still.
Edit with effects, slow motion, reverse, pans or zooms all in realtime then render out to what ever you like.

                            Thats it.
Here is one I did with pics taken with my old Nikon D70.
The old D70 struggles abit at night so plan to get a Canon 7D.
