This video is very simple but shows the importance of GV continuing to develop the AfterEffects Bridge (now in beta). This was done in Edius using a plugin called Magic Bullet Looks.
Sorry, we couldn’t find that page

Thank you for making that accessible. It works very well. Have you tried this idea in other situtations but using the effects available in Edius? I do not have After Effects.

There was a gentlemen who created a bunch of film looks using just Edius. Camino ???? He did a very nice job but AfterEffects Bridge and Magic Bullet Looks gives you 10 times more control. I'll try to post some other examples.

Thank you for that reply. I will not be buying After Effects - I haven`t mastered all the aspects of Edius yet, not to mention the available plugins. I will experiment when I can find the time.

I've stayed out of this thread for a long time, but now that it has the (marginal) blessing from GV... here goes.

Had some spare time in DC while on a 9-day documentary shoot in the area.

So, what do you do when you're not shooting?

                      Hey Rusty,
Excellent videos. You got some talent in Northern CA.
Edius and Yosemite...nice combo. Try this one.

                          Simply amazing SDE John.
An obvious product of planning and experience.
Surprizing to see so much from Zony tape cameras!

                              Thanks for your comments.

This was a unique job where I was hired by a company to produce a video to promote a new product that is a video screen in a book. Here is a link to the couple receving their book shortly after dinner.

Couple receiving the first SDE VIP

As far as planning, this was my first visit to the venue, they already had 3 photographers and 2 videographers working the event and I had to yield to them the whole day and I never met the couple until after I presented them the video book.

The company is debating sending me to REframe to demo the book in the trade show but have not decided yet. I would really like to be there.

                                Spectacular work as usual John.

On a side note, last week, I was able to see one of these video books that he is promoting and they are very cool. Something I could see a lot of couples wanting.
