Having just done a series of demo's for a club I was very interested to see your 3D product. I tried many different subjects to get an enhanced 3d effect and they worked to a more or lesser degree. I know that it is not straight forward and calls for extra effort. My comment on your anaglyph of the tress was that the resulting picture on my monitor were "confused" i.e. the leaves and branches gave a strange effect. Hard to explain but the foreground branches got mixed up with the background ones. It may be my system of course, it will be interesting to hear what others have to say. I will be interested to know exactly what your export settings were? I have ended up using WMV at low quality to ensure I could play the files from a media player in to projector.

The YT3D player has a red "3D" button below it, if the image appears pseudo stereoscopic then enter the pop up menu with that button and swap left & right.
Also if your going to use anaglyph glasses try the "optimized" setting in that same pop up menu, it will mute some of the color spectrum but will provide better
cancellation through the colored glasses. The YT3D player provides just about every 3D output known, so if you have a full color viewing solution you can use
that as well through the pop up menu. I encoded the video half top/bottom 1080p 20 mbps CBR .wmv and the original file I uploaded to YouTube was approximately 500 mb.
Adam Ants new video "Cool Zombie" was shot on RED by my good friend Zoran Veljkovic and finished in Edius 6.5 by yours truly - due to restrictions surrounding the general release I cannot offer a link for anyone to see it :-(
