Hello everyone! Here's a music vid I shot on an RX100 and cut, colored, and finished on Edius 6.5

It was a real quick shoot, zero budget, run-and-gun, high-camp-low-rent, kind of setup, but a real joy to work on. It's the little things, really. :-) A few friends got spooked when they saw weird stuff going on in the background, but honestly, I didn't see a thing. I dunno. You decide. (*cue thunderclap, lightning, and evil laughter)

As an update to a short film I posted here earlier, I received a surprise message last week from my home country and I'm happy to share that this short just got nominated for best short film in my country's version of the NY Film Critics circle awards, the 35th Gawad Urian Awards for 2012.

They have been giving awards since 1977.

Clip - Foot-bike-horse-car chase

This is a clip I made yesterday. Took me 11 hours. Done all in Edius except for final overall color correction in AE with Bullet Looks. It will be screened at a Bar Mitzvah for about 400 people.

Summery (since dialog and subs are in Hebrew)

The boy asks his commanders what the fastest way to the hall is. They tell him he's being followed and should run. He runs. He is chased by foot, bike, horse, and car. He reaches the hall where the Bar Mitzvah will be and is told by his commanders that he reached his detestation and that the mission was accomplished. He gets dressed and they tell him that his final mission is to read the Bar Mitzvah speech. Enjoy!
p.s. The police in the middle was not planned... :-)
