Anyone else notice this in 5.11

After finishing a multicam edit I compress to a single track, highlight all the clips and drop a transition on them all. Has anyone else noticed it takes a lot longer for the process to finish all the transitions than it did before 5.11. I know it takes a little time but it is noticably slower on my system now. Even if I only highlight a few clips I am getting a short but noticable delay in when dropping a transition on all clips. It used to be quick, almost instant for a few clips, prior to 5.11.

Just wondering.

Main System. MSI G33m Motherboard, Intel Q6600 CPU, 2GB Ram, GeForce 9500GT, 7200rpm System drive. WinXP. Lots of external eSATA drives.

Laptop. Sony Vaio. CPU- i7-Gen 3, 8gb RAM, 1tbb 5400rpm hard drive, AMD GPU

Is "Extend Clips" enabled?
Are your Transition and Audio Crossfade durations the same ?
