Import .ISO file?

Is it possible to import the media contained within a .iso file?

If yes - how do I do it? If not, what would be the best work flow method to follow to extract the Audio and Video from the .iso file?

You can also open an .iso like a drive with this spiffy utility from Microsoft.

7-Zip, WinZip 12 (11 might do it too, can't remember), Daemon Tools, WinImage, among others.
