    Hi Mike,

Did exactly what Pat suggested and now works fine. Thanks.

Number 2 was the problem. Adjusted the settings and now works fine. Thanks a bunch for the help :)

If that box is checked, then you must have enough frames on the end of clip (meat) to use in the extensions (i.e, they cannot be at the end of a clip).

Pat is right on with his advice. If you check those two you should find the problem.

    1. Clips not touching
    2. Extend clipsis checked and you are at the end of the clips.

    :)

    Hi Mike,

Before upgrading to Edius 4.5 I was able to insert a transition between 2 clips on the same track. I can not now for the life of me do this in 4.5 with any transitions. What am I doing wrong? I hope what you indicated in your post below is not the only option.

BTW, no other effects on the clips.

    Thanks,

    3. Place the transition in the keyer track of the clip you are transition to.

It should work just fine :)
