I have an NX card / board. I also own a Canon XM1 camera (GL1).

Choosing E2 - DV settings - the capture results in 1 second clips.

I have been advised that this is due to a Data Stream output from the Canon.

I know that a work-around is to seclect OHCI. I would prefer to use the NX.

Can anyone advise me what settings, if any, within the camera to change the data stream. ( Settings is not set for 'divide filters)!

Could you try the OHCI port for the capture just to test it? :)

Jollyman - thanks for reply.
Unsure what you mean.
I am using the firewire connection from the rear.
A friend tracked down the data stream from someweher within the Edius forum and found the issue to be with Canon. There was no detail how to change a setting on the camera.
So, I guess that I need a Canon user who has had a similiar problem to pass on the info'.
If there is anything you would suggest I try please give me as much detail as possible.
