How do I nudge a clip?

Hi everyone,

What is the shortcut for nudging a clip up or down the timeline 1 frame at a time? I'm not talking about slip editing or trimming the in and out points. I want to move an entire clip to sync it with music, in 1 frame increments.

In premier its alt + PgDn/PgUp. I cant find it anywhere!

Select the clip and have the Timeline cursor over it

Select the F6 Key to go into trim mode

Select the Roll Edit

now use the < or > key to nudge :)
