Over scan area

ok this has been done before probabily but how can you get rid of the over scan area when a client views a DVD or film on a computer? after its been edited in Edius works fine on DVD players but show the effects ie PnP 3d Pnp etc on a computer

In the opening profile parameter box, on the right hand side, is the overscan box which is set to 3% by default
