I was not able to input the "shortcuts 3.5 for web.xls" with 51,5 KB

why:

but never see [in his long live] a limit from 100KB per complette forumslife, possible a limit per posting, a limit per day\week

and blind from the new ultra yellow green colors fom the forum,
the "Upload Error bar" from the following screeshot have no "announcement effect" for me



therfore is my question:

a) the 100KB limit per user, for his complette forumslive is full purpose

b) the 100KB limit for his complette forumslive is only the default (forum) setting
and need consumer-friendly adjustment [per posting ] from the Admin [as in the most other NLE-corners]
