was the video encoded with VBR or CBR

if VBR, you can get buffer underrun errors when minimum bitrate is too low

Hey Jim: Remember settings that I told you about on the phone? Anton is right and with the settings I gave you I have never had a problem. They came from David in the UK.

was encoded with cbr, have always done it this way.
i also get invalid command structure, burn error when im trying to burn dvd off timeline in pce.
        could it be the burner?

see if you can burn with Nero Burning Rom or Imgburn (free)

that another thing anton, when i make an mpeg2 file in pce and try to burn in nero, it doesnt recognize the file when i point to it. you dont see it and if i show all files and then try to add it, it wont do it.

you must not make an mpeg file with PCE, you need to make a VIDEO_TS folder

then you burn with Nero like this
