Render problem

I m working in a project which has multy layer in the timeline and I m getting render option inactive though timline showing red line. I dont know why? In other project I m not facing this problem. Whats wrong?

Are all render options inactive? Do the keyboard shortcuts for rendering work?

yes all render options r inactive. keyboard shortcuts do not work in this specific project.

Can you confirm that the project's save folder has write access?

I m working on it and i can save the project after additional works. But cant render. Whats wrong?

I m in the same place still now.
At last what I did - I made an Avi of this project and then added it to a timeline & thus I made output in tape.
