File in use message on dvd creator in edius 5

Hello. When I'm using the dvd creator inside edius 5, it works perfectly but when it's about to start the burn process it just shows a message stating that the file(s) in question is use and stops the whole process.

maybe you did not expand the settings and create a path to a work folder (don't make it the root of a drive, use a folder)
