edius 4.61 keeps crashing with canon 5d

Maybe there is something corrupted in the files that don't work, sometimes you can put them into a player to see if you can find a bad frame or so

i have been searching for a solution on this forum but have not found any.

trying to add canon 5d files to bin. 12 files were ok'd and the rest could not be open. ends up crashing the pc. tried using procoder to convert to mpg2 but that crashes too when i try to play the clip on time line.
