Reference AVI File Manager Utility

This utility used to be on the downloads site, but I cannot locate it.

I have some old DV Rex files on a backup drive I need to get into Edius.

Does anyone know where it can be found? I've checked under the DV Rex and General Utilities section.

Was there such a thing?
Edius can still open reference .avi files. That's a system thing anyway.

yes it is the way to move reference files form their original locations and repair the reference.
