XP64bit, edius 5 and plugin for cs3

guys i have a problem in edius 5..
my system is canopus SP-SDI. i install edius 5 on windows XP 64 bit..
everything is fine. just while capturing its giving me out of sync.
i change the setting in hardware setting to free run.. its capturing fine again then again next day its goin out of sync and i should change the setting to free run again..
its changing by it self.. is it bug ? do u guys have any solutions for this ?

another thing is aftereffect cs3. i paste the edius video out plugin in it but no out put !
is the plugin not supproting 64 bit ? any solution ?

upgrade to edius 5.01

under ae prefs look canopus video out and enable (i suggest not to use with edius opened)
