  • Ooops I've done something!!!!!

    And I don't know what :(

I was merrily editing away yesterday, using the dissolve to fade to black and fade back up in order to quickly remove some uneeded material and this morning I have found that for some reason I can no longer add the dissolve to the timeline.

I think it must be something to do with the fact that I found the mix button at the left of the timeline and used this on one clip to just make a fade out, but unticking this box doesn't restore the function.

Not so easy to answer with such a short description ... my guess: if you cannot add the transition to the mixer, it means there's something else (a keyer ...) on the mixer.

you will need to reset the rubber band area, I created myself 2 shortcuts for that

one for keyer rubber bands and one for audio waveform rubber bands
