Transition length

Where can I find the place to change the default transition length?

Right click on transition and you will see a menu. Choose Duration. Selecting a transition and doing an ALT+U will yield the same result.

In the transition menu right click on any transition an then select duration/transition

You can now set the default for the duration :)
