ADVC110 to betasp 16:9

I need to output a project from FCP that was shot in DVCPro50 16:9. This needs to put output to a BetaSP. I have the 110 connected to the beta via s-video. The 16:9 video is stretched on a 4:3 monitor. Is there a setting on the ADVC110 that I need to switch for 16:9?

The video looks proper 16:9 in FCP

16:9 analog is anamorphic, meaning that the receiving display is responsible for displaying the video in the correct aspect ratio.

Thanks for the reply. My concern is that when the tv stations get the tape that it will broadcast properly on all tv's.

Just make sure you label the tape as 16:9 and the station knows when they ingest.
