ADVC-300 not wokring

Hi,

My advc-300 has gone wrong. When i turn it on the Digital In and Analoge In lights are on as well as the Y/C and NR buttons. They are constantly on and both my windowsxp pc's do not recognise it through firewire.

The dip switches are in the default positons, they have not been moved since i bought it. Is there a reset switch?
