File Information - Windows AVI

Hi - I have converted some old VHS Video to AVI via my ADVC-300. I would like to check the resulting file information - when I right click properties and summary in windows all I get is the file duration. When I do the same on a similar AVI that I have captured from my VC I can view frame rate - size etc. Can you advise why this is so ?

Windows is finicky. Different codecs report different values, and Windows reports what it can get through the standard means.

An AVI analyzer like GSpot gives much more info than Windows does.

Cheers I had gspot already, pity about windows - I sicne found out that video properties in quicktime with apple mac displays what I wanted.
