remote control problems to MVR1000sx

i have a MVR1000sx card on a win xp computer.
i work with the Mediacruise software.
i want to work in the software from a remote computer by a remote control software.
i have tried lots of remote control softwares but in all of them i get pink screen in the Mediacriuse. or a massage saying that the driver is in use, something like that, and pressing the 'ok' button is shutting down the Mediacruise.

do you have a solution to this problem?
KVM device is not an option for me.

MVR1000 is a discontinued product but the answer is that MediaCruise uses video overlay. Video overlay doesn't work over RDP or most other remote control software. UltraVNC's mirror display driver might work, but I never tested it in that capacity.
