Advc 100 Seems To Be Dead!!!

I have just connected my advc 100 which has not been used for some time. it seems to be dead,
Status light shows red, digital in & anlogue in both show red, pressing the input select does not make any change.
dip switch 1,2 & 6 on 3,4 & 5 off.
I have tried both video in & s video in, this make no difference either.

Just to be sure, verify that the power supply is connected and receiving/providing power.

power supply IS connected, I have tried unit with firewire and without firewire, all lights come on when i power up using switch on rear of unit.

Okay. Sounds like it's time to phone support. They'll be able to troubleshoot further.
