At the moment, we have no products that accept HD component input.
You could always try mirroring your EDIUS system's video overlay, and send it out through DVI to the Indigo, but I'm not sure how Indigo handles AR conversions (the signal may be 4:3).
Otherwise, I believe there are a couple of newer signal converter boxes from other vendors (e.g. Blackmagic Design) that can fill the 'gap.'
Thank you for your suggestions but I prefer to stick to canopus products...
I think that the new SP-SDI might to the job instead of the NX...
I can't find any info though....does anyone knows for sure if that board has HD-SDI output?

SD-SDI only. ADVCHDM1 and EDIUS HD are currently our only HD-SDI products.
I just picked up the AJA HD10AVA. It'll take HD (and SD) YUV and convert it to SD/HDSDI - and can also embed the audio into that SDI stream. It seems to be working well after my Edius SP breakout and now gives Edius a three HDSDI outs. It's also small enough to use in the field.
If you add their HD10MD3 downconverter in conjunction with the box above, you'll effectively get a live SD (Component, Composite or S) downconvert from the Edius when you're editing in HD. The downconverter adds a frame of latency - the HD10AVA is supposedly transparent.
Good options anyway.
I'm a small shop, but I have access to AJA stuff as a dealer for tecnec.com. Feel free to write - perhaps even save a buck or two: www.renaissancevideo.com.
I've got another AJA box (HD10C2) to make SD/HDSDI go to SD/HD YUV as well - however, you can't injest HD YUV in Edius SP - Grrrr.... Would love to see that light up in the future, unless it's an absolute hardware limitation.
