need help using ADVC110 with iMovie

iMovie 6.0.3
VHS player (secam)

It's impossible for me importing VHS to iMovie via ADVC110 with Firewire. ADVC110 is well regognized by the Mac, but nothing in the iMovie screen...
Please help me.

You need to make sure that the ADVC110 dip switch setting for IRE is set correctly to provide conversion of SECAM. (and also make sure the switch for PAL is set correctly too)

Check your product manual, or download it off our site, for a complete list of settings.
