Can either ADVC110 or TwinPact100 output without rendering?

Hi all,

Can Canopus 110 or TwinPact100 playback video in Avi format from PC to TV without rendering?

In other words, I want to verify if I can output my edited video (esp. of avi format) to TV (in an attempt to preview or outright recording to VCR) through either Canopus ADVC110 or TwinPact100 WITHOUT first rendering the project.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

It's more a question of your chosen application to play back the AVI file..

ADVC110 and TwinPact take a FireWire (DV) signal and convert to analog. So, if your video application can output video via a FireWire port, without rendering, then this will work.
