ADVC 700 with Matrox RTX100

I use Matrox with Premiere Pro2
For an high quality I buy ADVC700 for digitize video analog (YUV) Beta SP via Matrox
But the result is not good .Is it a problem between codec Matrox and codec Canopus

The ADVC700 should appear as a standard DV device - you should not need to transcode to a different codec. The captured file should be the same as capturing from a DV camera or deck.
