    Help!

    Hi! I am in desperate need of help, I purchased a ADVC300 and I cannot get it to be recognized by my computer. All I see is that the two front blue lights are always on at the same time as so are the top orange ones.. Am I doing something wrong or is my canopus faulty. Please anyone give me some feedback..I will very much appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
