Rapidshare is one of those file hosting sites. The Cinema Suite 3.0 presets are there for you to download. Just choose the free download to get the file.

Thanks for your hard work on preparing these presets!
To make things easier, I have edited your post to include a ZIP-based attachment which is exactly the same as your original RAR file. No more getting lost in the maze of Rapidshare and RAR files!
